Ben was there for me throughout the entire process of selling my house. He couldn't have made it any more simple than he did. He emailed me paperwork to esign, he submitted my paperwork after he received it back. Ben did it all with no issues and no stress on my end except when I had to hand over my keys? Ben was fantastic. We were first time home buyers and really had no idea what we were doing. Ben helped guide us through the process, weigh pros and cons of other houses we were looking at, negotiate with the seller, and he even did some work to make the fixer upper we wanted sell-able.
